Urban Outfiters Sample Sale

Lara Stone on NJAL.com

LARA STONE is joining the September issue action - the September issue of the online platform for emerging design talent NOTJUSTALABEL.COM that is, not the film currently transfixing the fashion world.

The Dutch supermodel will lend her fashion eye to the London-based initiative and its newly launched The Shop concept, selecting the best items from its 1,800 plus directory of designers to feature in its September selection - or rather issue. Stone will even model some of the pieces - a great accolade for any aspiring young designer.

Launched last year, NOTJUSTALABEL.COM works to introduce new designers and their work to the world. Each month, celebrities and industry figures curate a collection of pieces for The Shop. Stone follows in the footsteps of Robin Schulie, the head buyer at Paris store Maria Luisa, and fashion blogger Diane Pernet - both of whom have made selections for The Shop previously.

Stone's will curate The Shop from September 2.
